The Yorkshire and Humber Care Record is ‘hosted’ by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. Our registered address is Trust Headquarters, Beverley Road, Willerby, HU10 6ED. We have a Data Protection Officer who ensures the Trust is accountable and compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
