At the end of March 2020, Yorkshire & Humber Care Record (YHCR) said goodbye to the funding and milestone agreement with NHS England/X and moved to a local arrangement with Humber, Coast and Vale Health Partnership, South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System and West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership. This has been a fantastic opportunity to ensure we meet our region’s vision of connecting care to improve people’s lives as we become more attentive to local need. The YHCR team is now working closer with the digital teams within the ICSs to ensure our priorities meet our regional requirements.
This webinar looked at the progress of the YHCR since it was awarded the NHS England/X’s Local Health and Care Record Exemplar status in July 2018 and discussed how the YHCR is making a positive impact and enabling organisations across the health and care partnership to respond to key challenges, including COVID-19. We will address how clinical engagement and leadership is key and the real benefits it will bring to both patients and staff.
